Personally I am not much into politics and these kinda matters.
But this one struck me coz it has summed a good history in a single
page. Very rarely we could get all the information.

My solution to this problem: just clear everything there and make
it a good garden or park kinda place where childrens could play.
Or
Build a school only for the poor!
